Quaint, comfortable and easy to settle into, #47 is a cozy one-bedroom condo for up to four guests. It’s tucked away from the street, with a quiet bedroom, a balcony looking toward the woods, and a warm living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace.
LIVING & DINING
The living room has comfortable seating, a 55” 4K Smart TV with cable and streaming services, and a real wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. The dining table seats four, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is genuinely well stocked for guests who like to cook, with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, coffee grinder and filters, plenty of cookware and utensils, and a selection of basic spices.
BEDROOM & BATH
The bedroom has a California king bed and its own 47” Smart TV. Because it faces away from the street, it’s especially quiet. The bathroom has a large tiled shower; there is no bathtub.
AT CHAMONIX
The on-site recreation building includes a seasonal summer pool, three hot tubs, sauna, fire pit, ping pong, foosball, pool table, large-screen TV, seating areas and two BBQs. A community laundry room with app-operated washers and dryers is also available.
GOOD TO KNOW
Like most homes in Mammoth, the condo does not have air conditioning. Two tower fans are provided for warmer days. The condo is non-smoking and includes one unassigned parking space. Please note that the complex is not ADA compliant.
FAMILIES
The condo sleeps up to four, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room in addition to the California king bedroom. Families are welcome, and we keep a selection of board games in the condo for guests to enjoy.

Hi, I’m Masha! My husband and I personally manage our place and love making sure our guests feel right at home. Both of our kids grew up riding on the Mammoth snowboard team, so I spent years making the trek between Los Angeles and Mammoth and came to really appreciate having a cozy, welcoming place to come back to after a long day on the mountain. We love sharing our place with fellow travelers and are always here to help make your stay easy and enjoyable.Location
