Quaint, clean and cozy, this one-bedroom condo is designed to make your Mammoth stay comfortable and easy. It sleeps up to four guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is well stocked for guests who actually like to cook, with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, coffee grinder and filters, along with plenty of cookware and utensils and a selection of basic spices. We love to cook, so we know what you need! The living room features a brick gas-burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings and a 55” 4K Smart TV with cable, Netflix and additional streaming services provided. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the condo. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. The bedroom has a king bed and its own 47” Smart TV with Netflix and streaming services. The condo faces away from the street, making the bedroom nice and quiet, and the balcony looks out toward the woods. The bathroom has a large tiled shower (no bathtub). Families are welcome, and we keep plenty of board games in the condo for guests to enjoy. Like most homes and condos in Mammoth, the condo does not have air conditioning because it is rarely needed in our mountain climate. Two tower fans are provided for warmer days. The condo is non-smoking and includes one unassigned parking space. Please note that the complex is not ADA compliant. The on-site recreation building includes a seasonal summer pool, three hot tubs, sauna, fire pit, ping pong, foosball, pool table, large-screen TV, plenty of seating and two BBQs. A community laundry room with app-operated washers and dryers is also available; guests will need to provide their own laundry detergent.

Hi, I’m Masha! My husband and I personally manage our place and love making sure our guests feel right at home. Both of our kids grew up riding on the Mammoth snowboard team, so I spent years making the trek between Los Angeles and Mammoth and came to really appreciate having a cozy, welcoming place to come back to after a long day on the mountain. We love sharing our place with fellow travelers and are always here to help make your stay easy and enjoyable.
