1 Bedroom • 1 Bathroom 1 Bath • Sleeps 2-4Warm, comfortable and thoughtfully set up, this one-bedroom condo makes an easy home base for a Mammoth getaway. It is especially convenient to Canyon Lodge and sleeps up to four guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The full kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for cooking, with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart drip coffee maker and grinder, plenty of cookware and utensils, and a generous collection of spices, seasonings and pantry staples.
The living room features a brick wood-burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings and a 55” 4K Smart TV with cable, Netflix and additional streaming options. Firewood is supplied and available from the firewood storage area in the hallway. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the condo.
The dining table seats four, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter.
The bedroom has a king bed and its own 47” Smart TV with Netflix and streaming options. The condo faces away from the street, making the bedroom nice and quiet, and the balcony looks out toward the woods.
The bathroom has a large tiled shower (no bathtub).
Families are welcome, and we keep plenty of board games in the condo for guests to enjoy.
Like most homes and condos in Mammoth, the condo does not have air conditioning because it is rarely needed in our mountain climate. Ceiling fans are provided in both the bedroom and living room for warmer days.
The condo is non-smoking and includes one unassigned parking space. Please note that the complex is not ADA compliant.
The on-site recreation building includes a seasonal summer pool, three hot tubs, sauna, fire pit, ping pong, foosball, pool table, large-screen TV, plenty of seating and two BBQs. A community laundry room with app-operated washers and dryers is also available; guests will need to provide their own laundry detergent.
