Nest Thermostat Help

Your condo is equipped with Nest thermostats to help keep you comfortable during your stay.

Adjusting the Temperature

Press the thermostat ring to wake the display.
Turn the outer ring clockwise to increase the temperature or counterclockwise to lower it.
The thermostat will automatically adjust the heat to your selected temperature.

How Your Nest Thermostat Works

Simply select your desired temperature using the outer ring. The Nest will automatically turn the heat on when needed and stop heating once the room reaches your selected temperature.

If the room cools below that temperature, the heat will turn on again to keep you comfortable.

The thermostat is set to operate between 50°F and 78°F.

There’s no need to turn the thermostat on and off manually.

Important: Wall Heater Settings

For the Nest thermostat to work properly, the wall heater located beneath it must remain set to AUTO, with its temperature dial turned to the highest setting.

Please use the Nest thermostat to adjust the room temperature.

A Little Favor…

When heading out for the day, please lower the heat to 60°F. It warms back up quickly when you return.

When checking out, please set both thermostats to 50°F.
